We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.



RETURNS

In view of the vintage or pre-loved nature of the products offered, ANJER is unable to accept returns.

Delivery
After receipt of full payment from the buyer, orders are shipped with the carrier in racked package, to the contact details indicated by the buyer at the time of the order. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility for the carrier to deliver the order.

In the event that the buyer wishes to take out insurance for the shipment of the order, he must contact ANJER before placing the order so that the delivery price is adjusted accordingly.

For deliveries outside Georgia, the buyer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duty, value added tax, and all other taxes due under the laws of the country of receipt of the order. Please note that we are not responsible for any tax & duties for international packages.

ANJER is not responsible for any loss or damage to packages during transport. ANJER cannot reimburse the buyer for the order, should such a possibility occur. In case of damage, it is advisable to take photos of the package in order to express reservations with the carrier within 48 hours of receipt.

When the buyer is not present at the address indicated at the time of delivery, the carrier makes the package available for collection by the buyer. In the event that the buyer has not collected the package within the time period provided by the carrier, and it is returned to ANJER, the buyer will not be able to claim reimbursement for his/her/they purchase. He will have to pay the delivery costs again for the reshipment of his package, under all of the aforementioned delivery conditions.


Products
Due to the nature of the product available on the website (vintage and/or second-hand), items may show signs of wear. We urge you to carefully read all product's descriptions and confirm measurements and the sizing for all garments. We strive to be as accurate as possible, and mention any signs of wear and/or damages, however we do not guarantee that damages, other than those listed, may not be present. A wear mark cannot in any case justify the cancellation of the sale, insofar as wear is inherent in the nature of the product. In doubt, the buyer is recommended to contact ANJER before making their purchase, in order to obtain advice and /or additional measurements.



GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia.
